A.
No person shall engage in the roadside sale of flowers,
blankets, paintings, gifts, fish, food, rugs or trees without first
obtaining a license issued by the Select Board, and said license shall
be conspicuously displayed by the vendor.

B.
Any person having a usual place of business within
the town may conduct the aforesaid activities on the same premises
in connection with and accessory to his or her primary business without
obtaining said license.
