[Adopted 3-14-1994 by L.L. No. 1-1994]
The Town Board shall designate a Code Enforcement
Officer for the Town of Cazenovia. The Code Enforcement Officer designated
by the Town Board shall not be required to be a resident of the Town
of Cazenovia.
This article shall, pursuant to the Town's authority
under § 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, supersede the
provisions of § 23 of the Town Law and § 3 of
the Public Officers Law.
