The Board's decision upon a matter presented at a public hearing may be made at the close of the hearing or reserved.
Every order, requirement, decision or determination shall be by resolution which shall include the findings of the Board and shall be spread at length upon the minutes kept by the Secretary.
A. 
Every order, requirement, decision or determination of the Board, together with all material relating thereto, shall be filed in the office of the Town Clerk under the heading "Interpretations," "Permits" or "Variances" as may be appropriate and shall be public records.
B. 
A copy of the resolution determining any appeal or application shall be mailed to the petitioner at the address appearing in the appeal or application.
C. 
A copy of every order, requirement, decision or determination of the Board shall be filed with the Enforcement Officer who, without further direction, shall take any steps necessary to effectuate the same.
