Any interested person may informally present any matter relating to
zoning at a regular meeting of the Board when new business is considered.
It shall not be necessary for advance notice to the Board in such cases, but,
whenever it is possible to do so, advance notice to the Clerk or Chairman
will be appreciated.
These rules shall become effective immediately.
These rules may be amended by the affirmative votes of three members
of the Board at any regular meeting or at any special meeting called for such
purpose.
These rules and any amendments or repeal thereof shall be filed in the
office of the Town Clerk.
These rules are primarily for the convenience and guidance of the Board,
and departure from them, except as to matters regulated by statute or said
ordinance, shall not invalidate any action of the Board.
