The records of the Village of Fishkill subject to public inspection
and reproduction, as described in Article 6 of the Public Officers Law, and
the method in which they shall be kept and indexed, are hereby provided as
follows.
The Village Clerk-Treasurer is hereby designated as the records access
officer of the village of Fishkill and, in addition to the regular duties,
shall keep the records of the Village of Fishkill subject under the law to
public inspection available for such inspection upon application being made
therefor, in accordance with these rules and regulations.
Requests for access to the records of the Village of Fishkill shall
be made to the Village Clerk-Treasurer in writing at VanWyck Hall, Main Street,
Village of Fishkill, New York 12524, or by telephone at 897-4430, between
the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Requests for copies of records shall be in writing on forms provided
by the Village Clerk-Treasurer, which shall be submitted, together with a
fee of $0.25 per page of record reproduced, except where the number of copies
or the size of the instrument requires special reproduction facilities, and
in that instance the fee shall be the actual cost of reproduction plus any
postage or incidental expenses incurred in obtaining same.
