A.
All trucks excluded. All trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XVA (§ 159-41A).
B.
Trucks over 5,000 pounds excluded. Trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of 5,000 pounds are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XVB (§ 159-41B).
C.
The regulations established in this section shall
not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise
or other property along the streets from which such vehicles and combinations
are excluded.
D.
This section shall not apply to the following vehicles
when in the performance of duty: United States Mail, police, fire,
emergency repair by a public service corporation, school buses, ambulances
and the military.
No person shall drive any tractor, truck or
other vehicle with lugs on the wheels or tread on any street in the
Village.
