The Chief of Police is hereby charged with the
enforcement of this chapter.
The provisions of §§ 1140, 1141,
1142, 1143, 1144, 1145, 1172 and 1173 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law
of the State of New York shall hereby apply to the private streets
or highways on private property in Jamestown, New York, owned by Bradmar
Village Realty and being known as "Bradmar Village."
Upon the trial of any action or proceeding arising
out of acts alleged to have been committed in violation of this chapter
or the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the state, the City Court may admit
evidence of speed readings shown on the speed indicator of an electronic
radar device upon proof that the accuracy of such device was tested
against a calibrated speedometer within a twenty-four-hour period
immediately preceding the taking of such readings.
