Roof drains and sump pumps installed after the effective date
of this Part 2 in association with new building construction shall
discharge to infiltration or vegetative BMPs and, to the maximum extent
practicable, satisfy the criteria for disconnected impervious areas.
No person shall modify, remove, fill, landscape, or alter any
SWM BMPs, facilities, areas, or structures, without the written approval
of the Township of Exeter.
