Pursuant to the provisions of Article 25 of the Parks, Recreation
and Historic Preservation Law of the State of New York, the following
town roads or portions thereof, which are customarily unplowed and
unused for regular vehicular traffic during times of snow, are hereby
designated for snowmobile use:
A. Town
Road No. 59, Denman Mountain Road, from a point 1/4 mile generally
easterly of the former Frank Lowe residence to its intersection with
Town Road No. 32, Moore Hill Road.
B. Town
Road No. 32, Moore Hill Road, from its intersection with Town Road
No. 21, Glade Hill Road, generally northerly to the town line.
C. Town
Road 40, Blue Hill Road, from a point approximately 1/10 of a mile
from the intersection of Blue Hill Road and County Road 157 approximately
one mile to the approximate point where the property line of Demy
intersects Blue Hill Road, being that portion of Blue Hill Road subject
to seasonal limited use highway maintenance limitations.

Pursuant to said law, the following town roads or portions thereof
are hereby designated for snowmobile operation on the highway shoulder
and inside banks, except where the banks or shoulders are unpassable
or nonexistent by reason of prevailing snow or terrain, in which event
the roadway portion of said roads may be used for snowmobile operation:
A. Town
Road No. 32, Moore Hill Road, from its intersection with Town Road
No. 59, Denman Mountain Road, to its intersection with Town Road No.
21, Glade Hill Road.
B. Town
Road No. 11, Bungalow Brook Road, from its intersection with County
Road No. 19 generally easterly to the end of the road.
C. Town
Road No. 73, Cummings Road, from its intersection with County Road
No. 19, the Claryville Road, generally easterly to the end of the
road.
D. Town
Road No. 19, Erts Road, from its intersection with Town Road No. 73,
Cummings Road, generally southerly to a point 200 yards northerly
of the Lockhart residence.
E. Town
Road No. 22, Flugertown Road, from Firbrook Bridge 1 1/4 miles
to the state snowmobile trail.

F. Town
Road 40, Blue Hill Road, from its intersection with County Road 157
approximately 1/10 mile to the point where seasonal limited use highway
maintenance limitations commence.

G. Town
Road 40, Blue Hill Road, from its intersection with Hunter Road (Town
Road 39) approximately 2 1/2 miles to a point where seasonal
limited use highway maintenance limitations commence.

H. Town
Road 39, Hunter Road, from its intersection with Blue Hill Road (Town
Road 40) approximately five miles to its intersection with County
Road 84.

The operation of snowmobiles on the above roads between sunset
and sunrise shall be in accordance with state law.
All snowmobiles operated on the above roads shall be driven
upon the right half of the roadway and/or, where applicable, the shoulder
or inside bank alongside the right half of the roadway.
