On and after the passage of this chapter, no person or corporation or association of persons shall inter or deposit in any grave, vault or tomb any dead body except within the limits of a C District of the Village of Menands as defined by the Zoning Local Law of said Village.[1]

This chapter is made in the interest of the public health and welfare of the inhabitants of said Village.
Any person, corporation or association violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine or penalty of not less than $25 nor more than one $100, and each day on which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
