The following highways in the Borough of Lansdowne shall be
designated as through highways, and all traffic about to enter upon
such highways shall first come to a full stop, except at intersections
at which there is an electric traffic signal in actual operation signaling
traffic to proceed without stopping, and at all junctions or intersections
with such highways there shall be erected a stop sign facing traffic
approaching such through highway on the right side of such approaching
traffic:
C. Plumstead Avenue from Wycombe Avenue to the east side of Windermere
Avenue.

D. Wycombe Avenue from the south side of Plumstead Avenue to Fairview
Avenue, but traffic entering Plumstead Avenue from Wycombe Avenue
shall stop. Traffic entering Wycombe Avenue from Union Avenue shall
not be required to stop.
E. Union Avenue from the north side of Baltimore Avenue to its junction
with Wycombe Avenue.
F. Marshall Road from the north side of Plumstead Avenue to the west
side of Shadeland Avenue, but traffic entering Plumstead Avenue from
Marshall Road shall stop.
