No person, firm or corporation shall keep any
pig or hog at any place within the Borough of Mount Oliver, nor shall
any person, firm or corporation maintain any pigpen or hog pen at
any place therein.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which
shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be subject,
upon conviction thereof for each and every offense, to a fine of not
more than $1,000, and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment
of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
Each day's continuance of a violation of any provision of this article
shall constitute a separate offense.
