The Board of Supervisors of Unity Township does hereby grant nonexclusive cable franchise rights to Highland Video Associates, L.P., d/b/a Adelphia Cable; Comcast of Pennsylvania; and Citizens Cable Communications, their successors and assigns, for terms of 15 years from the effective date of this ordinance and allowing for automatic extensions for two additional terms of five years each unless either party notifies the other in writing of its desire to terminate the agreement at least one year prior to the commencement of any extension.
