In accordance with road naming program through the Westmoreland County
Department of Public Safety, all previously unnamed public streets
and private lanes in Unity Township have now been assigned official
names which shall hereafter be the official designation for those
public streets and private lanes for all purposes. A copy of the listing
of names for these public streets and private lanes shall be appended
to this chapter of the Code of the Township of Unity.

Any person desiring to change the name of any public street or private
lane within the Township of Unity, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania,
shall submit an application for same to the Township Secretary. Such
application shall set forth all information deemed necessary to consider
redesignate and rename a public street or private lane and shall be
in such form and subject to the payment of such fees and costs as
shall be approved by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Unity
from time to time by resolution.[1]
