No persons shall engage in or conduct gambling in any form or operate
gambling devices anywhere on the airport, or other than the Pennsylvania Lottery
or other forms permitted by statute.
No persons, except peace officers, law enforcement officers, duly authorized
post office and customs official or members of the Armed Forces of the Unites
States on official duty shall carry any weapons, explosives or inflammable
material on the airport except by specific direction of the Director or Superintendent
of Police or the designee of either.
No persons shall pass through, over or under a turnstile or coin operated
door located on the airport that requires the deposit of a coin for such privilege,
without depositing the required coin in turnstile or door.
No persons shall interfere or tamper with any aircraft or put in motion
the engine of such aircraft, or use any aircraft, aircraft parts, instruments
and tools without permission of the owner, or by specific direction of the
Director.
No persons shall take still, motion or sound pictures for commercial
purposes on the airport without the permission of the Director. Accredited
news, newsreel or television cameramen shall secure clearance for their activities
from the office of the Director to ensure compliance with applicable federal,
state or local regulations.
No persons shall loiter or loaf on any part of the airport or airport
premises without a lawful purpose or reason for their presence.
