[HISTORY: Adopted by the Council of the City

Subject to the authorization of N.J.S.A. 5:8-58,
games of chance shall be permitted in the City of Northfield, County
of Atlantic, New Jersey, on the first day of the week commonly known
and designated as "Sunday."

The Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and delegated the authority
to approve the granting of raffle and bingo licenses in accordance
with Bingo Licensing Law and Raffle Licensing Law, as administered
by the New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
