It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, whether residents of this or any other state, to hunt with firearms, bow and arrow, crossbow or any other weapon in or upon any lands or premises in the Township. A violation of this section shall result in the forfeiture of any weapon used contrary to this section.

A. 
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties specified for a violation of the Township Code.[1]

B. 
Any minor, as defined in this state's probate code, who violates any provision of this chapter shall be dealt with by the Juvenile Division of the Probate Court or as otherwise prescribed by state law.
