As required by state statute, City ordinance and/or other law, the City Engineer shall be required to provide plan reviews for actions before the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning Board. The fee for said plan review shall be $100 to be paid by the applicant; however, plan reviews for one- and two-family homes shall be excluded from this section.

The City Engineer shall appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning Board on an as-required basis. The fee to be paid by the applicant for said appearance shall be $100; however, appearances on matters involving one- or two-family homes shall be excluded from this section.

From time to time, personnel of the City of Clifton Engineering Department shall be required to perform on-site inspections for various reasons. The fees for such inspections shall be as follows:
A. 
For application to the Planning Board and/or Zoning Board of Adjustment. The fee for such on-site inspections shall be $200 per inspection, to be paid by the applicant. However, such inspections for one- and two-family homes shall be excluded from this section.
B. 
For sidewalk construction permit, the fee shall be $25 per inspection.
C. 
For curb construction permit, the fee shall be $25 per inspection.
