The position of Zoning Officer of the Township of Galloway is hereby
created.
The Zoning Officer shall be appointed by the governing body to serve
for a term of one year from January 1 to December 31, with the exception of
the first appointment, which will be for the term from the date of his appointment
to December 31, 1961.
The duties of the Zoning Officer shall be to administer and enforce
the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Galloway, New Jersey,[1] as provided therein.
