Township of Galloway, NJ Article VIII Junior Clerk in Township Clerk's Office

§ 67-19 Position created; duties; term; repealer.

A. The position of Junior Clerk in the Township Clerk's office is hereby created, effective January 1, 1974.

B. The duties of said Junior Clerk in the Township Clerk's office shall be any and all duties as directed by the Township Clerk.

C. The term of office of said Junior Clerk in the Township Clerk's office shall be one year.

D. The position of Senior Clerk in the Township Clerk's office is hereby repealed.[1]

§ 67-20 Salary.

The salary of said Junior Clerk in the Township Clerk's office shall be fixed by the Salary Ordinance adopted by said township.[1]
