It is hereby prohibited to drink any intoxicating
beverage on any sidewalk, street, avenue, highway, public parking
lot or private commercial parking lot, unless the same is licensed
to permit drinking thereon, whether or not in a motor vehicle or in
any motor vehicle not on private property not otherwise referred to
herein, within the Township of Galloway, Atlantic County, New Jersey,
at any time.[1]

Editor's Note: Pursuant to Ord. No. 1198, adopted 4-25-1995, in accordance with the provisions of the General Resolution passed by the Board of Trustees of the Mattix Crossing Condominium Association, Inc., dated March 15, 1995, the Galloway Township Police Department is hereby authorized to enforce the provision of Art. III, § 99-7, of the Code of the Township of Galloway in the external portions of the common areas owned and operated by said Association.
Copies of this article shall be posted in every
place licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages with the Township
of Galloway.
