A. 
It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of 18 years to be in or upon the public parks, public playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
B. 
The provisions of Subsection A of this section shall not apply to a minor accompanied by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of said minor or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or a legitimate business directed by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of said minor or where said minor is engaged in gainful employment.
A. 
No parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor under the age of 18 years shall knowingly permit such minor to be in or upon the public parks, public playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
B. 
The provisions of Subsection A of this section shall not apply when the said minor is accompanied by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or where the minor is on an emergency errand or legitimate business directed or authorized by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of said minor or where said minor is engaged in gainful employment.
Any child violating the provisions of § 161-1 of this chapter may be taken into custody by either a regular or special officer of the Police Department of the Township of Galloway; taken to the Municipal Hall or other police building and his parent, guardian or custodian notified, if possible; and said child may be required to appear before the Judge of the Municipal Court of Galloway Township at a time and place to be then and there fixed. The said Judge, at such hearing, shall either dismiss the charges against the said child or require the child to appear before the Juvenile Court of the County of Atlantic for such action as said Juvenile Court may deem fit.
