Charges for reasonable attorneys' fees for municipal claims is authorized under the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Law, as amended, of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 53 P.S. § 7101 et seq., and such charges are to be determined by the municipality making such charges and adopted as such by ordinance.

Attorney fees included in the collection of any delinquent municipal claims shall be at the rate determined from time to time by resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Upper Allen Township for all work in connection with the collection of any delinquent municipal claim and shall be added to the amount of the municipal claim.
The Township Solicitor and/or the Staff Attorney for the Township of Upper Allen, or designated agents thereof, are hereby authorized to claim reasonable attorneys' fees according to the schedule in the preceding section.
