Private roads shall conform to the standards for municipal roads, as delineated in Chapter
208, Subdivision of Land and Site Plan Review, of this Code.
No certificate of occupancy shall be issued
for new homes or buildings where driveways, curb openings, or private
roads are involved until the driveways, curb openings or private roads
have been completed, inspected and approved by the Director of Public
Works or the Borough Engineer and so certified to the construction
official.
Any person violating this article shall be subject,
upon conviction, to a fine of not more than $200 or imprisonment for
not more than 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the judge.
