Borough of Upper Saddle River, NJ Article XIII Department of Public Buildings and Grounds

§ 3-60 Powers and duties; Department head.

A. There shall be a Department of Public Buildings and Grounds charged with the maintenance, repair and general superintendence of the Borough Library, Borough Hall and police headquarters.

B. The head of the Department shall be the Superintendent of Public Works.
