No person shall hold, operate or maintain any
bowling alley, establishment where dancing is permitted, swimming
pool, picnic grounds, athletic fields, exhibits or other place of
public amusement within the Borough without first obtaining a license
therefor, upon payment of a public amusement license fee in the sum
of $10, provided that for bowling alleys, the fee shall be $10 per
alley.
