Street numbers shall be established by the Borough
Engineer, who shall file with the Clerk a copy of the assessment atlas
of the Borough, showing all street addresses for existing lots.
Where lots are hereafter subdivided, it shall
be the duty of the Borough Engineer to file numbers for the lots with
the Borough Clerk.
It shall be the duty of the Clerk to supply
the lot numbers, as shown on the map filed in his office, to all owners.
