Borough of Upper Saddle River, NJ Article V Through Streets; Stop and Yield Intersections

§ 145-11 Through streets designated.

The streets and parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 145-18), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the rear right side of each street intersecting the through street.

§ 145-12 Stop intersections designated.

The intersections described in Schedule V (§ 145-19), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as described in Schedule V.

§ 145-13 Yield intersections designated.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 145-20), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
