If there are modifications of the final plat
requested by the subdivider subsequent to its filing in the office
of the County Clerk, such requests shall be made in writing to the
Town Engineer, who is hereby empowered to approve minor, practical
modifications on behalf of the Planning Board. When, in the opinion

at any public meeting of the Board called for this purpose. The Town
Engineer shall report any modifications approved by him to the Planning
Board at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
