The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Northport Fire Department, hereinafter referred to as the "Board," hereby prescribes the following rules and regulations for the admission, suspension, removal and discipline of the members and officers of the Northport Fire Department, pursuant to Village Law, § 10-1000(5).
