§ A310-5 Election.

Election of officers of the Northport Fire Department shall be held pursuant to the bylaws of the Northport Fire Department.

§ A310-6 Vacancies in office.

In the event of a vacancy in the office of Chief or any of the Assistant Chiefs, the vacancy shall be filled immediately pursuant to the bylaws of the Northport Fire Department. Immediate notice shall be given to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the vacancy.
