B. 
The definitions of § 46.2-100 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, shall apply to all of the provisions of this chapter.
The provisions of § 46.2-1314 of the Code of Virginia, relating to traffic schools concerning law and ordinances for the regulation of vehicular traffic and the safe operation of vehicles, are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as if set forth herein.
A violation of any of the provisions of Title 46.2 of the Code of Virginia adopted and incorporated herein as aforesaid shall be punishable in the same manner as is provided in such Title 46.2.
