A City Reclamation Trust Fund is established under RSA 261:153V and
149-M:18 to be used to pay the fees for the collection and disposal of the
City's motor vehicle waste.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Used residential motor oil, residential motor vehicle batteries,
and tires from residential motor vehicles.
Any motor vehicle registered in the City.
The City may use any money in this fund in excess of such fees for the
recycling and reclamation of other types of solid waste.
