A. 
The Town Board of the Town of Caledonia does hereby authorize and empower the Town Planning Board to:
(1) 
Approve all plats.
(2) 
Approve plats showing new streets.
(3) 
Approve the developments of plats, entirely or partially undeveloped and which have been filed in the office of the Clerk of the County.
B. 
The said Planning Board is also given, authorized and empowered to exercise all of the additional and further powers envisioned by §§ 272-a, 276, 277, 278 and 279 of the Town Law and all other necessary and additional power reasonably implied therefrom.

Under the provisions of and as authorized by the New York State Municipal Home Rule Law, there is hereby established a Planning Board of the Town of Caledonia of seven members, each to serve a seven-year term. Their terms shall be so fixed that one will expire at the end of each calendar year. The current members of the Planning Board in office at the time this section takes effect shall continue in office until the end of the term for which they were appointed and until their successors in office have been appointed and qualified.
There is hereby delegated to the Planning Board consisting of seven members all functions heretofore exercised by the Planning Board of five members.
