Any person, entity or corporation who shall
be convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall,
for each and every offense, be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and
shall be subject to the penalties for a Class B misdemeanor which
are provided in the Penal Law of the State of New York.
