In addition to the notices required by law,
the Selectmen are directed to advertise legal notices for each special
and regular Town Meeting occurring between November 1 and May 1, in
which appropriations in excess of $25,000 are to be acted upon, in
newspapers of general circulation in Hartford and New Britain, Connecticut,
and Springfield, Massachusetts.
