At each biennial election there shall be elected seven members of the Town Council, all for terms of two years as provided in Section 2.1 of the Town Charter, as amended. Not more than five of the members shall be of the same political party, and each political party shall nominate no more than five candidates for Town Council. No elector shall vote for more than five candidates at each biennial election for Town Council.
