Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be warned in writing for each offense. The warning shall include the date, the time, and a description of the violation.
A. 
After two warnings have been issued, the licensee will be notified that they must appear before the municipal officers within 10 days to explain said violations. Failure to appear shall constitute cause for suspension or revocation of any special amusement permits which have been issued under this chapter.
B. 
The municipal officers may, after a public hearing preceded by at least 10 days' notice to the licensee and other interested parties, suspend or revoke any special amusement permits which have been issued under this chapter on the grounds that the entertainment so permitted constitutes a detriment to the public health, safety, or welfare, or violates any Town of Bethel ordinances, or sections of any ordinances, articles, bylaws, or rules and regulations.

Law enforcement officers shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.
The effective date of this chapter shall be September 1, 1978.
This chapter may be amended by vote of a Town Meeting as provided in Chapter 5, Administration, Article VII, Ordinances.
