This chapter may be amended by the Select Board
after holding a public hearing. The public hearing notice shall be
posted at the Bethel Town office seven days prior to the date of the
public hearing.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon
enactment by the Bethel Select Board at any properly noticed meeting.
