The following words, terms and phrases, when
used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in
this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different
meaning:
The Village Department of Water.
The Superintendent of the Department.
Any and all parts of the Village's water distribution system.
That part of the water distribution system connecting the
water main with the premises served.
That part of the water distribution system located within
the easement lines of streets designed to supply more than one water
connection.
