The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more-restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138 any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIII (§ 125-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

Whenever snow has fallen and accumulation is such that it covers the streets, no vehicle shall be parked on the public streets in the Borough of Andover. This parking prohibition shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased falling until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic and with snow removal.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 125-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV (§ 125-44), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XVI (§ 125-45) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVII (§ 125-46) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVII of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The locations described in Schedule XVIII (§ 125-47), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XIX (§ 125-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 125-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
