Firefighter organizations, police departments
and nonprofit emergency medical services, emergency management organizations
and traffic safety organizations which are based within Atlantic County
shall be exempted from payment of the fees which are set forth below
for the use of the facilities at the Atlantic County Training Center.

Any other person or firefighter organizations,
police departments, emergency medical services and emergency management
organizations, traffic safety organizations or individual engaged
in such activities which shall request permission to utilize the facilities
at the Atlantic County Training Center shall pay the following fees:

Bank checks or certified funds shall be made
payable to the Treasurer, County of Atlantic, and shall not be refundable.
Cash will not be accepted.
The Director of the fire training facility shall
be permitted to require fees, in an amount reasonable and necessary
to cover administrative and maintenance costs, for events and activities
which are not part of routine fire fighting, police, emergency management
or other training activities.
Nothing herein shall be construed to prevent
or otherwise offset any fees, payments or charges, including but not
limited to any cleanup penalty, materials fees, or instructor fees,
which may be charged or assessed by or on behalf of the Atlantic County
Firefighters Association in connection with their training programs.
