A. 
No person shall use the borough property located west of Scow Ditch and adjacent thereto located at the street ends of Forsyth Street, Mount Street and Howe Street and adjacent to Twilight Lake for the storage and docking of boats or any other purpose having to do with boats without having obtained an identification badge or tag from the Chief of Police.
B. 
At the time of application, the applicant, who must be a resident of the Borough of Bay Head, shall pay to the Chief of Police a fee as set forth in the fee schedule, on file at the Municipal Clerk's office, which shall be paid over to the general funds of the borough by the Chief of Police.

C. 
Identification badges or tags shall be attached to each boat in such a manner as to be clearly visible. All persons using borough property in accordance with this article shall comply with such rules or regulations which may be promulgated by resolution of the Borough Council.
D. 
Identification badges may be revoked by the Borough Council for just cause.

A. 
Unless otherwise specified herein, for a violation of any provision of this article, the maximum penalty, upon conviction thereof, shall be a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment for up to 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof. Except as otherwise provided, each and every day in which a violation of any provision of this article exists shall constitute a separate violation.
B. 
All fines and penalties under this article may be paid directly to the Municipal Court Administrator, unless otherwise indicated by the officer issuing the summons.
