[Adopted as Ch. 44, Art. I, of the 1974 Code]
No person shall use any of the streets or sidewalks within the Village
for coasting or sliding with sleds, skates or similar contrivances, except
upon streets and during such hours as may, from time to time, be designated
for such purpose by the Board of Trustees of the Village. The hitching of
sleds to motor vehicles in the streets of the Village is prohibited.
No person shall throw, or cause to be thrown, deposited, scattered,
left or distributed, any handbills, advertising or samples within the Village
in such a manner that the same may be easily blown into the highways or other
public places in the Village.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be punished as provided in § 1-3 of this Municipal Code.
