The Town of Barton does hereby elect to participate in the Tioga County
Self-Insurance Plan, established by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Tioga, to succeed and replace as of January 1, 1957, the existing Workmen's
Compensation Mutual Self-Insurance Plan.
[Adopted 2-10-1992]
The Board adopts and agrees to be bound by the terms of the Joint Service
Agreement which establishes the Tioga County Consolidated Municipal Health
Insurance Program.
The fiscal officer of the Town of Barton shall be appointed to serve,
at the pleasure of the Board, as Representative to the Governing Committee
of the Tioga County Consolidated Municipal Health Insurance Program.
