Pursuant to § 75-c of the New York State Employees' Retirement and Social Security Law, the Town of Barton provides a one-sixtieth pension benefit under a noncontributory plan, effective the first payroll beginning January 1, 1971.

The Town of Barton does hereby elect to provide the additional pension benefits of § 75-e of the Retirement and Social Security Law for its employees, effective the first payroll beginning January 1, 1971.
