No person shall dismantle, remove or knowingly possess any highway sign of the Town of Barton, including but not limited to traffic control signs or street or road designation signs, without the express written consent of the Highway Superintendent of the Town of Barton.
Any person found guilty of violation of § 115-1 hereof shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall pay a fine of not more than $1,000 or be confined for a period of not less than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
