[Adopted 4-11-1994 by L.L. No. 2-1994]
A partial exemption from taxation to the extent
of 50% of the assessed valuation of real property which is owned by
veterans, as defined in § 458-a of the Real Property Tax
Law, is hereby granted.
The current income levels and proportionate
exemptions up to the fifty-percent exemption, as set forth by resolution
of the Town Board, are on file in the Town Clerk's office.
