[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Baxter Estates 3-6-1990 by L.L. No. 3-1990. Amendments noted where applicable.]
It shall be unlawful to install any dish antenna, parabolic antenna or short-wave dish antenna in the Village of Baxter Estates, except that with the special permission of the Board of Trustees, such an antenna may be installed on a temporary basis for a period to be determined by the Board of Trustees, provided the following requirements are met:
A. 
Such antenna can be installed only by or at the direction of the occupant of the premises and it must be removed when the occupant vacates the premises.

B. 
The top of the antenna can be no more than is permitted by the Board.

C. 
The antenna dimensions shall not exceed such reasonable parameters as are established by the Board.

D. 
The antenna must be placed on the roof of the main structure or in the rear yard at a location where it is not visible from any street and at least 20 feet from any side or rear property line.

E. 
All connections to the antenna shall be from the rear of the building it serves, and no wiring or supporting cables shall be visible from the street.
F. 
Evergreens screening the antenna from adjoining properties shall be planted between the antenna and the rear and side property lines.
G. 
All arresters and other grounds must be bonded and part of the antenna.
H. 
The applicant must submit a scale drawing showing the plot, the location and dimensions of all buildings and structures and the proposed location of the antenna, and the location, size and type of screening evergreens.
I. 
Any permit issued by the Board of Trustees can be renewed at the sole discretion of the Board of Trustees upon application by the occupant of the premises.
