No person, firm or corporation shall engage in or conduct
the business of plumbing within the Incorporated Village of Bayville
unless licensed as set forth below.

Any person who is a duly licensed master plumber in the Town
of Oyster Bay or any other town in Nassau County or Suffolk County,
New York, and who submits a certified copy of a certificate of competency
issued by the Plumber's Examining Board of such municipality shall
be entitled to receive a license upon payment of the required fees.

A. Each applicant shall pay a nonrefundable sum as a filing
fee with his application, said fee is to be in an amount as set from
time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees.

B. Every license shall expire on the 31st day of May
of the year of its issuance, but may be renewed, without examination,
for each succeeding year on the payment of a fee in an amount as set
from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees; provided,
however, that such renewal is applied for prior to June 1 of the year
following said expiration date.

C. The Village Board of Trustees is hereby authorized
to change, amend, increase or decrease the fees for such filing, certificate
or master plumber's license and/or renewal by resolution of the Village
Board of Trustees.
D. Reciprocal license fee: A fee in an amount as set
from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees (with copies
of master license and certificate of competency from the Tri-County
Agreement).

A license granted under the provisions of this
section shall be in force until revoked by the Plumbers' Examining
Board after notice to the licensee that it is proposed to revoke the
license and a hearing on the matter is held at which the licensee
shall have an opportunity to appear and be heard in relation to such
revocation.
No master plumber shall directly or indirectly
allow his license to be used in connection with work wherein he is
not the contractor or subcontractor and personally responsible for
the work done.

Every master plumber shall file with the Building Department
a certificate of workers' compensation insurance or affidavit that
no help is employed.
